Overhead Interior And Ignition Key Light Wont Go Out!

I have a 95 sc 300 just noticed the green light around ignition is staying on all the time as well as the overhead light

when left in the door position, the lower door lights are working properly and i can just turn the overhead light to the off position

and it goes out... i need help with this my battery will go dead and i want the car to be right..I also know the green ignition light would go off when i locked the doors and this is not happening any more as well! i am sure someone knows whats up..

someone must know about this dome light issue... please see my post and try to respond ASAP... I sold the car to a family

member and need to resolve this.. I am being haunted .. thanks for the help.....

quick question. Is the doom light set to "Door"?
