1990LS400 Posted June 30, 2011 Share Posted June 30, 2011 If you are talking about the side market light on the side of the front bumper cover, I think access is through the wheel well as on my 2000 LS400 which has the side marker in the same place. Some tips that seemed to help: Use a short Phillips screwdriver or, if you have an elbow driver like used for doorknobs, it helps. You may want to crank the wheel over for more room. Finally, the holding assembly has 2 different sized tabs to fit the receiver openings. They are adjacent, not opposing. So, it fits only one way.
