Rx400H - Cd Player Stuck On Error 4

My 2006 RX400h has 6 CDs stuck in it and the display just keeps showing "Error 4". I've replaced all of the audio fuses, unplugged and reset the battery and still we just get error 4. Anyone know of a solution to this issue?

Some members have managed to pull out a CD to fix the problem (using tweezers). Ours fixed itself after a couple of months

We have a "06" RX400h and ran into this problem as well. The changer was fully loaded & got the "Error 4". Next time on start up, I immediately ejected all the disk successfully. I loaded it back up but got the same error again. I now just run 1 disk in the changer at all times now.
