The sunroof seems to want to close, but it sounds like something is stuck in the gears. I don't believe this is a fuse-related problem b/c it still moves 1/2" back and forth. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? Or if I take it to my mechanic, how much would this repair cost? Thank you for your help in advance. LEXIRX330 Posted May 31, 2011 Share Posted May 31, 2011 Welcome to LOC! Will your sunroof close if you keep the button pushed? Sometimes the buttons will need to be reprogramed if the battery dies or is changed. It seems like the sunroof won't open or close but it will if you hold the button down. If that is your problem just let it cycle through and it should start working. Otherwise not sure what to say other than check the tracks or go to the dealer?
