Sunroof Jam

sunshade was pulled quick and maybe down.roof part open at the time and the sun shade is now stuck in front of the leading edge of the sunroof and the roof will not close all the way.any thoughts would be great.Im thinkihg open the headliner cant find any info on that.

The owner's manual for your car should have a detailed procedure on how to close the sunroof manually. Perhaps if you did that slowly you would be able to ease the glass back over whatever keeps the shade from sliding closed first.

Went to the usual suspects,one said I never buy a car with a sunroof. Another said the headliner must come out. In desperation I went to place I had an oil change once. I told him how it happened. He opened the roof part way moved the sunshade against the leading edge of the sunroof gave it a wack with his hand click problem solved.

From now on I promise to be gentle to my favorite car.
