Car Idle At Low Rpm When Start R It Cut Off

my car is a 2001 es300 when it start it cut off if i gas it it will run if i take my foot off it cut off i have change the maf senser but now it start but idle at low rpm can ao2 senser be the problem i open the feul rail and i see gas so i need hlep
