The best site hands down for determining what you should pay is carsdirect.com If you get the carsdirect price, you did well, anything less is great! You can get better deals on the higher MSRP'd cars because theres a bigger span between the MSRP and the invoice. I bought my ES for $5k less than the MSRP, but that MSRP was over $41k.
