Also i want to do my oil changes every 5000 kilos with synthetic oil good right

Use what your owners manual recommends. Changing every 5000 km is a little short with synthetic, I think. You should be able to go much further that that. Unless you just like changing regularly.

For a night of leisurely reading when you can't sleep, use the search feature and look under gasoline or octane. This subject has been discussed ad nauseum and TX has given you the best advice.
