1998 Ls400 Broken Alarm ? Lock Works Ok, Unlock Died

I have first serious problem with my LS400, today when i want go to work, i couldnt open a car by the remote. when i opened and enter key into ignition, alarm was beeping.

I tried two other keys for my LS400. Locking funcion works as: when i click and hold lock i hear beep that tolds me that the windows will be closing (noting happens)

when i click TRUNK OPEN key, trunk opens as always... but nothing happens when i'm using UNLOCK key (just red led on key blinks)

What happened ? my alarm central is broken ?

Ahh the TIP: central locking/unlocking system doenst work at all now, by the key on drivers door, by the key, by the alarm (locking and unlocking)
