Exumab Posted January 9, 2011 Share Posted January 9, 2011 My ES250 Sunroof has been working perfectly. Yesterday I pressed to open it and it started up moved back about 1 inch and stopped. The sunroof motor which sounds and operates fine began to rumble due to whatever is seemingly holding it back or causing the window to stop. CURIOUS: I found a single small screw with a Phillips head resting within the 1 inch opening on the lower level beneath the glass. I managed to retrieve it. This has me thinking that the solution to this problem may be a very simple one but I am scared to death that it is going to cost a fortune to have it repaired.
