Will These Vertini Fashion Fit My 2005 Gs300?

Someone local to me has staggered Vertini Fashion wheels for sale off his 2003 LS 430. I wanted to pick up Lexani LSS-10's but these Vertini's are a great deal. I was curious if they will fit my car?

Front are 20 x 8.5 HM 046 Tires are Hankook 245/35ZR20 95Y

Rear are 20 x 10 HM 046. Hankook 275/30R20 97Y

Are you lowered? If so, how low? Stock height they will fit just fine.
