Is 250 Awd Tire Replacement - Help!

Recommended Posts

I AM REPLACING THE TIRES OF MY 2007 LEXUS IS 250 AWD FOR THE FIRST TIME. I AM AT 30K. I CURRENTLY HAVE THE STOCK TIRES -- BRIDGESTONE POTENZA RE 92. I HAVE DONE SOME ONLINE RESEARCH AND HAVE COME UP WITH THE FOLLOWING REPLACEMENT OPTIONS:

PONTENZA RE 92

DUNLOP

NOKIAN ENTYRE

CONTINENTAL EXTREME CONTACT

WHICH OF THESE ARE MY BEST OPTION? PROS AND CONS? ARE THERE ANY OTHER OPTIONS THAT I AM NOT AWARE OF?

I REALLY NEED AN ALL SEASON TIRE. I KNOW IT IS BEST TO HAVE SEPERATE SUMMER AND WINTER TIRES, BUT I CANNOT AFFORD TO DO THAT AT THIS TIME.

AT THIS TIME, I ONLY NEED TO REPLACE 2 OF THE 4. I HAVE READ MIXED REVIEWS ON MIXING TIRE BRANDS (NEVER, OK AS LONG AS YOU KEEP THE SAME BRAND ON THE SAME AXLE, ETC). ANY THOUGHTS?

I REALLY APPRECIATE ANY HELP ON THIS. I AM A YOUNG FEMALE AND CERTAINLY DON'T WANT TO GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AT THE TIRE DEALER.

THANKS!
