dcdyd Posted November 11, 2010 Share Posted November 11, 2010 I have 2008 RX350 and is still within the warranty. Recently we found that the side mirror at the driver side is seperated from the body. There was no visible damage wth the side mirror assembly. It looks to me that the connection between the mirror and the body is somehow broken. I was questioning the quality of the material. I brough it to the dealer and was told that this is nt covered by the factory warranty. Can anyone tell me whether you have the similiar experience and how is it handled?
