MOPC Posted November 10, 2010 Share Posted November 10, 2010 Hi everybody! Meet a new leGSus owner. Just bought a 2008 GS350 with 6000 miles on the odo. Generally the car is pretty good after 06` bimmer 530 - runs really great. Exept only one thing - I can feel 1-2 gear upshift - now becoming annoying. It feels like excessive acceleration just before the second gear switches. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Is it ok or I just bought someone's burnout challenger? boB_2006_GS300 Posted June 5, 2011 Share Posted June 5, 2011 I have a 2006 and remember reading that the computer in the car "learns" some of the driver habits for shifting and such. You can try disconnecting the battery for a half hour or so to reset the computer and maybe it will learn your type of driving.
