Help! My Es300 Engine Blew A Headgasket!

I don't know if I did this right or not but anyways I'm here because I can't find out if my engine which is a 3.0 and is stamped 3vz-fe has blown a headgasket or just died (230,000 miles...i wouldn't blame her)..Anyways I got another motor which is a 3.0 but its marked 1mz-fe and I'd like to know if I can interchange them...and if I would have to change the computers also? If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it!! Thanks!

You may need professional help. I did some limited research and was surprised at how many different and likely incompatible versions there are of the 1mz-fe. I think you would be lucky to get reliable information on this question on a car forum.
