abnc Posted October 9, 2010 Share Posted October 9, 2010 My 2002 LS 430 has started "whistling" or "whining" at between 35-45 mph. Not RPM related, just speed it seems. Noise coming from dashboard/windshield area??? Appears to be worse when cold. It's almost more of a "whine", I guess you could say. 133,000 miles...I'm the original owner. Any ideas? 1990LS400 Posted October 9, 2010 Share Posted October 9, 2010 An automotive stethoscope can be handy for finding the source of noises. I seem them online for as little as 3 bucks.
