peeksnit
My 97 SC300 has a huge blotch in the middle of the drivers side mirror when it tints for night time driving. Anyone have suggestions on how to resolve? When first noticed it, very annoying but have gotten used to it. Suspect not worth the trouble but if there is a reasonable fix, I am all eyes and ears!!! Thx
1990LS400
The mirror glass can be replaced although it's tricky and one must follow the replacement instructions carefully to keep from breaking the mirror or the tabs that hold it in place. If I have the correct part number (87906-24050) - and I'm not sure I do - Sewell ( http://lexus.sewellparts.com/parts_inquiry/index.html ) has it for $262.99 if you register on their site with your member name from this forum. I think I've seen threads where people have bought the part on eBay for less $$$. Again, I'm not certain if I have the right part number -- I got it from http://www.toyodiy.com

Perhaps start watching on eBay. I think I can live with it for that money. Nice feature however!
