Gs 300 Truck

The trunk on my GS 300 will not open. It's a 1999 & all I have is the valet key.. Is there anyway to unlock it (the truck release under the dash is not opening it) other than getting a new key at the dealer?

If you can get into the interior, Remove the back seat and there is a trunk release handle in the trunk. I just hope the car is not stolen

It's not, I just bought it from an auction yesterday. Any idea which seat?

If you plan to keep the car for a bit, just invest in a masterkey. Somehow I picture this: "Honey, can I put the grosseries in the back?".."Sure, hold on, I almost finished removing the backseat!"
