Haven't Shopped For Lexus Since 1999...anything Changed?

Hi,

haven't bought a Lexus since 1999, and am finally thinking of buying again (120k on the RX). I had heard Lexus had at some point followed Saturn dealerships and gone with a "No-Dicker Sticker" price..i.e. the price they show is the same price you'd get at any regional dealership, with no negotiations "necessary".

1) Did this actually happen?

2) Is this still in effect today? Or are they back to how other car dealerships handle the sticker price (i.e. it is useless :P )

3) Is this true for CPO vehicles as well?
