Need Help-Trying To Drop My Car By About 2 Or 3'

I GOT AN 09 ES 350 which am considering lowering the shocks.i have already made up my mind dropping it by 2 or 3 inches,pls i need feedback from people that have had their car drop by about that size.My concerns are, is there any marked difference felt, when you hit a bump,vibration,discomfort compared to its previous state.Also any suggestion on dropping inches.Thanks for any input.
