K.C. Dia
Just got back from my first long trip in my 2010 ES350. Went to Blackberry Farm and the Smokies in Tennessee to celebrate my 65th birthday and 43rd wedding anniversary. Lexus is the official vehicle at Blackberry Farm but place is outrageously expensive. Nav system did fine. Missed one turn in Gadsden Alabama, which was probably my fault for not paying attention. Real fun was driving on the narrow winding roads in the Smokies. Got to use the downshift feature in the "manual" transmission to keep it in low gear Brought back my days of youth in my Fiat 124 Sports Spider. Lexus engineers have really impoved the handling over my previous ES300 and over my Infinity G35. I also got an amazing 30+mpg using 89 octane gas. pj8708
Sounds like a great trip! I too have noticed the better handling in the 2010 versus my old 2005. The car just feels tighter and solid on the road. Paul
