BlueSurf Posted September 1, 2010 Share Posted September 1, 2010 I'm very disappointed with my RX450h. Lexus should recall all the cars and install proper software. After two weeks with my car, I give up on it. The Acura system is miles and miles ahead. I have to tell you that I am shocked that a company like Lexus can get away with this garbage. I have to hit the hang up key always, it wants to do what I didn't ask it to do. An I do speak clearly to the mic. My issue is that we have paid a premium for the feature along with the Nav. and it refuses to function as advertised. This would be expected in a Kia or something, not a Lexus.
