Need Help With My Es 330 Navigation Screen

I need some help everyone. My navigation screen in my 2004 ES 330 is experiencing issues with repeating interference and scattered lines. I took the car to a dealership and they said it would cost a couple thousand dollars just to order a new screen and have it re-installed (most of the cost is the screen itself). Any advice here?
