GruntLeader
Greetings, The wife just replaced her battery, she did not get her battery from the Lexus dealership. The question is what are the steps to reset the car with the new battery. The windows are not working properly which was the first sign that something appears to be out of sorts. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Semper Fidelis GruntLeader USMC Retired
duggy
you have to relearn all the windows. pretty much what was said above. you'll have to use the switch for each window and roll down and up all 4 windows. hold them at the down position for 1 second, and at the up position for one second. then the controls on the drivers side should work for all 4. also check your sunroof, its probably not 1 touch anymore. If you have'nt already, you'll need to input your radio presets, seat memory settings, gararge door link, etc. Some of these dpend on how long the battery was disconnected. Welcome to the club!
