Replacing Lights Behind Dashboard Tach, Speedometer, Etc.

I have a 1996 Lexus ES 300 and the lights on my control panel are fading fast. I now can only see the tach at night. The needles show clear enough, just don't know how fast I'm going. I know the access to the lights are through the dashboard but I wonder how difficult it is to get at these burnt out bulbs. Can anyone give some info. on the ease of replacement of the bulbs.
