2001 Gs300 No Dashboard Lights

Please help.

I have a 2001 GS300 - I had to jump the car and now the dashboard instrument cluster does not light up. I cannot figure out which fuse - there was a 7.5A fuse in the driver's side kick panel - but it was fine.

I think it is a fuse - but I am willing to accept any suggestions.
