Neo Posted February 5, 2004 Share Posted February 5, 2004 Seems like a common problem. If you are still within warranty, run don't walk to the dealer and get it replaced. If the warranty is over, I've heard of some successes with Lexus Customer Satisfaction and potentially escallating to Lexus Corp Pres. There is some persistence and hard work involved going down that path though. Otherwise, buy another one like you said or live with it.
