LAF Posted May 11, 2010 Share Posted May 11, 2010 My check engine light came on and I had it checked by my mechanic: he told me it read EVAP and he really did not know anything else about it. carguy07 Posted May 14, 2010 Share Posted May 14, 2010 The check engine light on can lock you out of overdrive. Fix the EVAP problem (maybe just reset the computer and see if it goes away) and the overdrive will likely work fine again. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
