Yeah, most dealers will have bumpers repainted before selling as CPO's to eliminate rock chips and what not. Dealers just outsource an autobody shop, probably one on the cheap end... Definitely make sure the dealer has all the damage and overspray repaired to your satisfaction. Most customers probably don't care and they get away with it.

I remember the old days when Lexus used car dealer sets the standards, now a days, they are no better than everyone else. I guess they are a victim of the economy as well.
