I'm getting a high-pitched scraping (definitely metal-on-metal) only at high speeds (>45 mps) coming from the right side. I think it's the back right area. Just had both rear tires replaced and inspection was completed. Has this happended to anybody else and if so what do you think? Bad hub bearing? Something with drivetrain? I'm assuming since I passed state inspection they looked at brakes and everything is cool.
