Door Closing Mechanism 2003 Ls430 Ultra

The front passenger door closer/auto locking mechanism on my 2003 LS430 Ultra is not working. The auto closing part works but the power lock part does not. The dealer tells me this is a one piece part and cost $963.00!!!!!

Does anyone know if this can be repaired or where I can get a used one?

The part number is:69030-50260.
