06 Rx400h Rear Sidelight Replacement

I damaged my rear passenger side running light. I ordered a new assembly and would like to replace it myself. It seems to me that I will have to remove all the bracing underneath the vehicle to achieve this goal. I was wondering if I am assuming right and if not, is there a better way to do it?
