Gs300 Electrical Brake Problem

Okay here comes a long one..I have a 1993 GS300...some time ago I noticed that when I hit the brakes in my car I would sort of loose power in the car....couple months later I could no longer shift the car from park without using the manual override button. I checked the fuse for the brakes and "bam" the tip of the brake fuse was brunt. So I change the fuse and all seemed well, 2 months later same problems, removed the brake fuse and the ends are brunt. Lately I noticed that the emergency brake light has been staying on......This morning I'm driving, hit the brakes and lose all power to the car, removed the brake fuse completly and all is well......WTF?
