Hid Lights On 2004 - Right Side Slightly Higher

I just purchased new 2004 RX330 a week ago. Other than wind noise above 80mph, I did notice that my right HID light is bit higher than the left one.

Someone told me that is done intentionally, in order to minimize distraction on on-coming traffic on your left side.

Is this true?

Yes, it is so you do not blind the driver in the car coming directly at you. Generally a good thing.
