2010 Rx350 Radar Detector Power Connection

I have an Escort radar detector and have ordered a hard wire radar detector. I have two questions.

- Does anyone know the best spot in the fuse box to connect the hard wire kit?

- There are two cigarette lighter ports in the center console under the arm rest, but is there another one that I am not seeing. I checked the manual but I cannot see that they put one closer to the front of the center console or windshield for radar detector connection.

I have an Escort, for which I tapped into the wiring in the overhead console. You have to take out two screws in the sunglass compartment and fold the console down. Then use a circuit tester light to find a wire that is hot only when the ignition is on and a ground wire. You might want to find an auto electrician to help, but my setup works fine and I don't have to fool with turning the detector on and off every time I start the car.
