BigBlak
Ive been having this rotational squeeking on my breaks not sure back or front and i took my car to the shop to demonstrate what i was hearing. every time i did this it wouldnt squeek while being test droven so they looked at it and told me that on the driver side back breaks they are uneven and that may cause the sound that im hearing. im asking you all is it possible that its uneven because of my weight ? im 6'5 like 320 ... thanks for your knowledge on this. mlgs300
That shouldn't be an issue. If there is uneven wear, there is a problem like stuck caliper piston or caliper binding. Unevenness could cause a squeak, but also can worn shims, too much lateral runout on rotors, thin pads, etc.
