Basically, all you need to replace the disc(s) are a socket set and screwdrivers. It should be a simple job to replace them. You just remove the caliper bolts and swing it out of the way. There is no need to remove the brake hose. You also have to remove the torque plate. At this point all you have to do is pull off the disc. If it seems stuck, tap the rear of the disc with a hammer. Reverse the procedure to put everything back together.
