Are you refering to a GS or ES? Title says GS, your info says ES.

Aside from balancing tire / alighnment you may want to look at your rotors to see if they are warped.

Try searching the forums. Im not sure about the ES lineup, but 2GS' are known for some vibration. Mine hits 65-75 but is butter aside from that.
