Gs400 Foglights

I just bought a 1998 GS400 w/ 31k miles. Its about time. My question is how do I go about getting rid of the yellow lense in the foglight? I seen one post about destroying the lense. Can any body provide me with some guidance? Step by step or anything. New to the forum and thought I would try it out.

FROM WHAT I HEAR THERE IS NO WAY OF TAKING OUT THE YELLOW LENSE WITHOUT DESTROYING IT. I DONT KNOW WHY YOU WOULD EVEN WANT TO DO THAT. PEOPLE ARE KILLING TO HAVE THE YELLOW LENSE!!!!

if u want the clear fog lense try to find some one wit the GS300 that wants the yellow lense and trade them. i have the clear lense and interested in tradeing for the yellow ones if u are too. but if not just look for someone that is sellin the gs300 ones.

Only the GS that have standard HID have yellow fog lights. That's why many want to have yellow fog lights.

The yellow is caused by a plastic lens that is behind the glass. You can break the yellow lens if you want.

Hey man if you want i trade with your yellow lens with my with lens. I have two new lens from 2003 and one from my car so total 3 fog light hehe :D plus 50 dollars.

Can someone give the lowdown on replacing the "bulb" on the fog lamps for 1993 GS 300? Do you have to remove the bottom liner and come up from underneath?
