Driver Door Lock Not Working Properly

2000 GS400 driver door lock will not operate. Must use key to lock and unlock door. Quite a pain when raining!!! Any ideas on what might be the problem, and any solutions??? Thanks.

Do a search for door lock actuator, You can purchase a new one for $2-300.00 or if you can fine the little motor (FC-280PT-22125) that is currently hard to find, you can rebuild the actuator.

There are a couple of members looking for the motors including myself but the companies only sell in large quantity.

The FC 280PT-22125 motors you are looking for are on eBay again as of June 30, 2009. Just search for FC 280Pt-22125.
