hugybyr
Hi I'm new and am so glad to have found you guys! I just purchased a 92 LS400 with 52203 original miles from a little old lady who had it since new. What a nice car. It is like new inside and out. My problem is sometimes when I go down hills it feels like someone put on the brakes and I have to give it more gas to the point it downshifts out of something (torque lock up?) into something else. It doesen't happen all the time but it sure is annoying when it happens. It even happened when I was locked out of overdrive yesterday. Vehicle was warm and it was 45 degrees out. Gremlins ? jcrome04
I have the same decelerating problem in my 97. Do you have an EGR leak? That MAY be the culprit, as it is a pretty big vacuum line.. That's what I was told by a dealership anyways.
