It's either a bad contact in the speaker connection, or a voice coil that's partially fried. Either way you need to pop off your door panel and take a look. If it's just the connection at the speaker, clean up the contacts and you should be good to go. If it's your speaker, you'll want to replace it (them, you'll want to replace them in pairs).
