Bigla Posted February 7, 2009 Share Posted February 7, 2009 I jave read some posts where people have said they use Toyota for service instead of Lexus. Assuming the quality of the techs are equal is there a downside to using Toyota (except for not getting the delicious Lexus bottled water and cookies)? rx350guy Posted February 8, 2009 Share Posted February 8, 2009 I use Toyota exclusively for my RX 350 service, and have been very satisfied. And I don't miss the 'Lexus' bottled water.. Since Lexus is a Toyata product, the service is exactly the same, for about half the price. I can not think of a downside to using Toyota service for your Lexus.. jgr7 Posted February 8, 2009 Share Posted February 8, 2009 I've been using my local Toyota dealer for service work after my first free service from Lexus of Roseville when they didn't rotate my tires like they said they did.
