DourdanLover
I own a 2001 RX300, 56,900 miles. I have noticed for the past couple of months that 4 times out of 5, I have to reset the clock and the information section which I keep at e/t. Should I be worried about this, it is really a pain to have to reset the clock almost every morning and evening. Thanks for your help. BillyShaft
I can't speak to the problem, but I can say this: that is not normal behavior. I am sure you knew that, just confirming it for you.
RX in NC
When your clock begins to require frequent resetting, it is usually an indication that your battery is dying. Some folks have their battery tested, others just go ahead and replace it....
Dozagirl
Yep, that is what you need..a new battery. Mine would be at 12:00 each morning on my 2001 RX and when I brought it in for oil change/service I mentioned it and they said new battery. After that was changed, works perfect, no more resetting clock.
