1999 Gs 300 Acceleration Problem

When i try to fully accelerate from stop the car hesitate to speed up till it reach rev above 3k and the exhaust makes one time sound like if its clogged (""puff"") sound only at its starting to move.

I changed the spark plug to Iriduim but still the same problem occurs.
