Lexus Sc400 Halo Projector Head Lights

To the Members of the Lexus Owners Club,

My car was recently in an accident and now I have to buy 2 new headlights.

I want get some feedback from the members that know about the LEXUS SC400HALO PROJECTOR HEAD LIGHTS they are selling on Ebay and all around the web.

My questions:

1. Do the lights really fit perfectly like an OEM light? Or do they have a tendency to leak?

2. Are these lights easy to install and do they connect directly to the OEM Lexus light plugs with no re-wiring.

3. Are these type of lights street legal in California?

It certainly looks too good to be true.. I paid $200 for decent Used ones.

I searched the heck out of the web, and found lots of these listed, (for a lot more $$ than the eBay link), but NO reviews.

Perhaps they're just too new.

But the fact that a dozen places are selling them, maybe they're Good!

I'm gonna keep an eye on them to see if someone has good luck.

One of mine is getting condensation again, so I'll have incentive to replace them before next winter.

Thanks so much for those links. I really scoured the web looking for reviews or even some additional information about these lights but could not find any.

The information about the lights in the first link was great. Based on that I am going to buy a set of the chrome ones from Ebay.

And JohnH, I will let you know if these lights are truly worth it once I get them. I should have something back in about 2-3 weeks.
