Mr Papa Giorgio Posted January 27, 2009 Share Posted January 27, 2009 Hey guys...i was wondering if anybody may have an idea why my brake light(1995 Ls 400) keeps coming on for a varied amount of time...it doesnt blink or anything but just stays on for about 5 to 15 sec. brake pads are thick and fine...i may need my rotors machined but everything else is okay as far as i know...thanks....and it only happens when i push the brake pedal...not all the time but sometime. Hey Papa, make sure your P break is fully released and isn't dragging. In colder weather, if the cable's sticking it may not fully release until it warms up. Mr Papa Giorgio Posted January 28, 2009 Author Share Posted January 28, 2009 thanks...fluid level and my park brake are all a-ok...today it kinda stayed on for a longer period of time...mostly happens in the morning...it was about 36 degrees out here in Glendale....i'll prolly get it taken into a chassis class at AAI.have em check it out!!!but thanks guys.
