Rob Rent Posted January 15, 2009 Share Posted January 15, 2009 Hello I'm hoping some one can help me with this problem, which the dealer wants to charge me an arm and a leg to correct. I updated (whatever the update was as of June 2008) my 2002 RX300's navigation system at a local Lexus dealership. The system worked fine for a few months and then while typing in an address the system locked up. I ended up disconecting the battery terminal and the system began to reboot. Unfortunantly it is now stuck on the screen which reads "Program disc inserted." I can menuver through the other screens (radio, Maintanance, Etc) with no problem.
