Black Plastic Key Handle Broke--need Parts Info

Thanks, Billy and Karl,

Sewell is a good link. For $57 they'll cut me a new key and let me use my old electronic module in it. It seems a little steep, but it's a whole lot less than a new key to cut AND program a new electronics unit.

The ~$20 black plastic shell on eBay (no key blank needs to be cut...you can re-use the old metal key and electronics) would work even cheaper, but I need a way to securly connect (epoxy?) the old metal key into the new shell.

I have a vague recollection of seeing a post about a year ago where someone provided info on how to do this. Can any one recall such a post?

Thanks once again, Jeff

Watch what shells you get, there are many aftermarket shells that look 'similar' to the stock ones, but are cheap.

The blade itself can be cut out of the plastic shell and re glued into a new shell.
