2003 Rear Bank Spark Plugs

Has anyone been able to change these without removing the Intake Plenum?

Yes, it can be done, but is not easy to do.

with a 6" extension, a couple of knuckle joints and a box to stand on it can be done.

It helps if you take off the strut brace. That has only three nuts on each end.
